Kimbap is a Korean rice roll. Seasoned rice and fillings such as egg, vegetables and beef are rolled in roasted seaweed, then cut into bite-sized pieces. It is eaten at room temperature, with your hands or with chopsticks, which makes it easy to share at a party.

Please don't refrigerate it. Cold rice turns firm and loses its texture. We roll everything the morning of delivery, and it is best enjoyed within 3–4 hours. Keep the box closed and out of direct sun until your guests arrive.

Every platter lists its allergens. Most of our kimbap contains sesame, egg and soy. We can leave out egg or change fillings on request, and we can label individual boxes. Please add allergy notes when you order. Our kitchen handles sesame, wheat, fish, shellfish and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free product.

We deliver across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Vienna, Oakton, Reston, McLean and Herndon. Enter your ZIP code on the home page to check. Delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown before you pay.

Saturdays and Sundays. You choose a one-hour window when you order. We take a small number of orders each day so every platter is rolled the same morning, so weekends can fill up. Orders close the Wednesday before at 11:59 PM Eastern.

Yes. Platters start at 10 servings and go up in steps of 5. For 30 servings or more, please use the inquiry form so we can plan the kitchen and delivery with you.

As a guide, one roll of about ten pieces serves two guests at a party where kimbap is one of several dishes. Twenty guests is around ten rolls. If kimbap is the main dish, or your guests are hungry teenagers, size up.

In tiered boxes, cut and arranged by kind, with the ingredients listed on a card. Lift the lids and it is ready to serve. If you would rather plate it, the rows transfer onto your own platter in about a minute.

Orders are paid in full when you place them, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before your delivery window. After that, ingredients have been bought and prepared, so we are unable to refund. Please email us and we will help.
